Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Service Advisor

who is passionate about customer service--this is the most important characteristic we're looking for. If you love helping people, building trust, and creating exceptional experiences, you'll thrive here. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required--we're willing to train the right person who demonstrates outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel valued and understood. Listen to customer concerns and communicate clearly about services and repairs. Provide honest, transparent recommendations and build trust through integrity. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain a positive, professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for customer service above all else.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Automotive background or understanding is a plus, but not required. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
