We're seeking a positive, detail-oriented customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! This key position works with customers, inside sales, and the production team to provide excellent service and support. Your primary goal is to help drive sales and boost customer satisfaction, ensuring every project is completed on time and is worthy of a 5-star review. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus! Experience with Printers Plan, Adobe Suite, and B2B CSR skills are HIGHLY VALUED. Responsibilities: o Provide exceptional communication and service to walk-in customers, by phone, and via email. o Look for cross-selling opportunities for Print, Direct Mail, Signage, Apparel & Promotional marketing tools. o Quickly gather customer information and project details. o Communicate confidently and professionally about our capabilities, and recommend products that best meet their budget and timeline. o Be the confidant and positive B2B voice with all parties, building a secure experience for the customer and the rest of the team. Qualifications: o Excellent active listening & interpersonal skills. o Experience working in a customer-oriented environment. o Printing, Signage, or Marketing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. o Proficient skills in Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) o Ability to set up print and cut files is a plus! o Working knowledge of Quoting software (Printers Plan), Outlook, and Salesforce (Plan Prophet). o Send quotes, and convert them to orders according to our internal procedures. o Excellent time management experience. o Prior experience with offering branded apparel & promotional items is a plus. o Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
