We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable team member to handle customer service and photo order processing at our Albuquerque/Grants locations. This role combines front desk customer interaction with behind-the-scenes order processing and quality control for school photography orders.
This is
not a general receptionist role
. The position supports this specific location and includes both customer-facing and computer-based responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
Assist customers in person and by phone
Notify customers when photo orders are ready for pickup
Accurately distribute completed photo orders
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Order Processing & Quality Control
Enter and process paper photo orders into our system
Archive and organize orders for easy lookup
Act as a point person between photographers and internal teams
Review photographer work for accuracy, completeness, and proper crop/zoom
Merge files and prepare orders for final processing
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and thorough
Able to multitask and follow established processes
Photography or production experience is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8a-5p and 2 Saturdays a month
