We are seeking customer-oriented professionals with a passion for customer service and an aptitude for problem resolution to join our customer service team! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming customer requests, assisting customers with any issues they might have and ensuring that the customers are completely satisfied with our services. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and outgoing and have some previous experience in customer service, which includes the ability to multi-task, work well in a high-stress environment, and be persistent when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via telephone and email. Answer questions and address complaints. Maintain professional and effective customer relationships. Know the company's policies and procedures, as well as competitors' policies and procedures. Adjust to changes in technology. Work in a fast-paced environment.; Handle multiple tasks at once.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
