ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service/Office Manager with Rick Verst, State Farm Insurance and Financial Services, you will generate the kind of Remarkable customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.
Manage Team scheduling & payroll submission
Attain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Licensing
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Leadership and organizational skills.
