The RV Shop

Key Functions
Participate in the improvement and development of the company's inside sales process by streamlining processes, developing sales packages, and enhancing the customer experience.
Answer and make inbound/outbound calls; redirect calls as necessary.
Set and schedule customer appointments; make upsell recommendations for their RV's maintenance needs or possible upgrades.
Increase sales through repair and maintenance recommendations; Upsell package upgrades and maintenance needs to customers.
Keep customer profile information up to date with contact information and vehicle information.
Maintain inbound and outbound call tracking sheet.
Greet customers at the front desk and connect them with their Repair Manager; process payments for customers picking up and provide copy of their invoice.
Create positive relationships with all customers by engaging in a friendly and supportive tone.
Other Duties assigned by management.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
