Responsibilities: Customer Service / Team Work / Community Satisfaction / Career Growth o Create a Fun and welcoming job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized facility o Be a part of changing the way people think about laundry o Build strong customer relationships within our communities by providing an Excellent Customer Service Experience o Greet, Help, Thank our customers o Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions, along with any customer issues o Maintain a great visual presentation of our merchandise o Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers o Follow our company policies and procedures o Comply with our uniform dress code o Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety o Report in a timely manner all equipment, machines, and building maintenance opportunities o Opportunity to get involved with nonprofit organizations and schools' football teams as we invest in our communities o Be an integral part of our organization and help drive our growth: There'll be lots of opportunities to bring your ideas to the table.
