We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused

Counter Sales / Business Development Associate

to join our growing team. This position blends direct customer interaction with proactive business development, making it an ideal fit for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving sales success.

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and call-in customers, providing expert guidance and solutions. Ensure customers are respected and treated with the upmost care. Recommend products, prepare estimates, process orders, and arrange deliveries with dispatcher. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and relationship-building. Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent communication and service excellence. Collaborate with management to execute sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback. Maintain a clean work area and ensure the showroom and surrounding area are always presentable.
Saturday 7:00 - 3:00 PM is mandatory during in-season April - November.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
