Full time (35-40 hours per week)

Monday-Friday approximately 7:30am -4:30PM

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing

Duties & Responsibilities



Accept and process customer orders via wholesale portal, phone, email, and website

Interact positively with customers to understand needs and provide solutions

Learn and understand coffee profiles, brew methods, and appropriate industry language through cupping and guided sensory training

Accurately create orders, and maintain customer records

Process and record customer payments

Analyze and resolve customer issues, including creation of credit memos when appropriate

Assist with collections and accounts receivable follow-up

Work closely with sales, administrative, and service/repair staff to support customer satisfaction and business goals

Assist with basic website maintenance as needed

Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:



Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn the industry

Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum one year of successful customer service experience

High level of integrity and ability to protect confidential customer information

General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to follow generally accepted accounting principles

Proficiency with QuickBooks, SPS Commerce, Excel, and other MS office applications

Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills

Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desire for continuous learning and professional growth

Spanish-speaking proficiency preferred



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
