Customer Service/Community Outreach Coordinator



Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and all facility visitors, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding appointments, billing, insurance, and medical services by connecting with proper department. Educate patients and about facility policies, procedures, and available services. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices. Identify and assess community needs, and explore opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with non-profit organizations. Coordinate and oversee volunteer programs and community engagement activities.
Community Outreach:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Amazing Grace Center services, enhance brand visibility, and attract and retain patients. Manage online and offline marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising. Create engaging content (e.g., website content, brochures, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to identify marketing opportunities and align marketing strategies with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, community members, employees, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies. Represent Amazing Grace at community events, conferences, and meetings, building awareness and fostering positive relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals. Monitor and report on stakeholder feedback and emerging trends to inform organizational strategy and risk management.
Qualifications:

Five years of experience in CSR, community outreach, and customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, particularly within the healthcare context. Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns and strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism. Established contacts within the healthcare community.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
