Job description



Develop and generate strategic metrics concerning various aspects of the Customer Service operation Provide reports to Swatch Group HQ and PC's as required Create and maintain library of Standard Operating Procedures Work with task owners to ensure accuracy of documents Suggest and develop periodic changes to existing procedures Work with department managers to regularly monitor team performance Lead projects of varying size and scope Participate in the development of training modules and their delivery Develop feedback system to improve training materials


Profile



The Swatch Group U.S. is looking for a Business Analyst for our Customer Service division. This position is on-site and located in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Professional requirements



Ability to work independently Strong time management and organization Exceptional analytical and report generation skills Excellent oral and written communication Strong understanding of a Customer Service operation Advanced computer skills (Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint) Experience with SAP, SQL desirable
