We are looking to quickly add a few PT (2-3 days/ week) and FT (4+ days / week) register operators to our schedule at our PDX Cafe! We are looking for BOTH adults and individuals who have not yet graduated high school!. Being able to work at least 1 weekend day is a must. Individuals will need to understand and excel at the customer service nature of their position and will also need to expect to be challenged and put under pressure as Sparrow is a very fast-paced, intense, albeit, well supported, work environment! Register operators will work with the support of a strong, experienced service team at their side. Charisma, a love of baked goods, and excellent communication skills are a REAL plus for this position - we are looking for really wonderful people to take care of our customers! Applicants will hopefully have experience working in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for multitasking, and have a humble nature. If you like to be busy and enjoy feeling your work days \xe2\x80\x9cfly-by\xe2\x80\x9d then this is the position for you! Pay will depend upon relevant experience:

• $17+, +$5-$6/hr in tips, for 4+ years cust. service OR 2+ years Barista exp.
• $15-$16.75, +$5-$6/hr in tips, for anyone under 18 or with less than 4 years cust. service exp.
