Our facility is fully stocked and equipped with a wide range of printing capabilities, including corrugated plastic and polybag signage, wire stands, and car magnets.

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service & B2B Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. With in-depth training, you'll become an expert in signage materials, accessories, and large-format printers. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Prospect and close new business while growing existing accounts Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit products/services Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Order Management: Prepare accurate quotes, input orders, schedule shipments, and ensure timely follow-ups Customer Support: Provide order updates, answer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, warehouse, and graphics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity Brand Representation: Serve as a trusted ambassador for Poly Bag Planet at events and through product sampling

Preferred Skills:

Preference is 1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales within distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale environments Motivated Sales & Service Mindset: Driven to close deals and serve customers with excellence Relationship?Builder: Listens well and solves real customer problems Self?Directed: Manages pipeline and performance with minimal oversight Detail?Oriented: Accurate with data entry and quoting Strong Communicator & Team Player: Confident in calls, meetings, and team collaboration Tech?Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic operating systems

Benefits:
