Big Bear Wine & Liquor is looking for

Guest Service/Cashier Employees

to join our 40 person strong team. We are located AT 2 DIFFERENT locations 940 E Hailey Lane in Pueblo West and 2037 S. Pueblo Blvd on the South Side. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. This is a full time position with 35+ hours a week. We can work around Schedules. MUST BE 18 Years Old. Must be willing to work Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve till 6pm and available New Year Eve.


Responsibilities

Greet customers and make them feel at home Answer any questions the customers may have Assist Customers in preparing their orders Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner


Qualifications

Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have Good communication skills with customers
