Customer Service Associate - BDC

The BDC interacts with those individuals most important to us - our customers! The BDC is an excellent communicator and acts as the voice of the dealership in our community. They make sales calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on customer satisfaction after the sale.

Key Responsibilities

BDC is responsible for following up within 24 hours after a new unit is sold to ensure good CSI survey results. Taking complete customer information to set and confirm appointments for sales team. Responds to internet sales leads and sets sales appointments for sales Assists customers in selecting a vehicle to meet their needs and connects them with sales Conducts follow?up phone calls on marketing Keeps abreast manufacturer's trends and technologies by participating in education provided by the manufacturer.

Core Requirements

Proven computer proficiency using a wide variety of web-based programs and software; experience using CRM systems, automotive DMS systems preferred. Previous automotive experience a plus. Outstanding organization and follow-up skills. Desire to provide a high level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
