Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits Ensure proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff with daily store operations when required Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in grocery or retail stores Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base Experience in supervising or leading small teams is a plus but not required Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and upselling skills are essential for success in this role Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently A friendly attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic are necessary for this position

Pay: $21.50 - $25.89 per hour
