Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll gain the skills and experience needed to grow into a leadership role while working directly with our clients in the wireless industry. This is an in-person role where you'll learn how to manage accounts, build client relationships, and deliver measurable results that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the connection between our clients in the wireless industry and their customers. You will be given hands-on training in every part of the account management process, while also teaching you how to contribute to our clients' overall growth strategies. This position goes beyond traditional sales--you'll be helping major wireless providers expand their market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and increase brand loyalty.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate will include:



Customer Engagement: Represent client brands in-person, explain wireless products and services to customers, and provide personalized recommendations. Sales & Revenue Development: Customer Service Associates learn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting wireless solutions to closing and following up, ensuring long-term Customer Satisfaction. Client Support & Growth: Customer Service Associates work directly with clients in the wireless industry to understand their goals and assist in growing their customer base through in-person representation. Account Monitoring & Reporting: Customer Service Associates track account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and provide feedback to improve both client success and your own development. Problem-Solving: Resolve customer questions and concerns on the spot, always keeping Customer Satisfaction as the top priority. Leadership Development: Take part in structured training that prepares you to advance into roles such as Account Manager, Sales Team Lead, or Client Relations Manager.
