Salary Range:

$18 - $23 per hour



Position Summary Description:



Performs all customer service-related duties to ChefZone. Process customer's purchases at check out and ensures continuous product availability. Provides friendly, courteous, and caring customer service.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Able to perform all functions of Customer Service Reps including operating cash register and processing all transactions, processing memberships, and will call orders. Answers customer inquiries and directs customers to specific products via phone or in person. Advanced understanding of items carried and proficient in multiple food categories. Handles customer trouble calls and complaints, voids, over ring, cancellations, credits and return requests. Performs cash office duties when manager not present. Directs work in the department under the direction of management. Assists with training of new CSRs and always upholds operational excellence.

Qualifications:



Education/Training and Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in grocery sales, customer service, or related work experience preferred.

Physical Demands:



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time with frequent opportunities to stretch or rest. The position involves extensive computer work and telephone communications. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
