Your Day-To-Day as a Customer Service Associate
Help businesses operate more efficiently by setting them up with tools they actually need: from Internet to wireless and communication services.
Initiate and manage communications with business clients directly, presenting AT&T's telecom products.
Consult with clients to understand business objectives and identify telecom solutions.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell AT&T business services.
Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a service-oriented experience.
Work closely with sales and technical teams to coordinate service installations and troubleshoot concerns.
Track client interactions and sales progress through CRM systems.
Meet and exceed sales quotas through consultative selling and strategic relationship management.
Stay updated on telecom industry advancements to provide accurate information to clients.
