Responsibilities

Client Support & Coordination: Provide a positive, empathetic experience as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, from check-in to check-out. Schedule Management: Create, update, and own the daily clinic schedule, ensuring the flow of appointments runs smoothly. Team Collaboration: Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver top-notch care for every patient. Problem-Solving: Remain calm under pressure, handling in-clinic issues with professionalism and efficiency. Communication & Guidance: Offer reassurance to pet parents, ensuring they know their furry family members are in excellent hands.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Pay: $19-$23/hour to start, with potential to reach $24/hour as you take on new responsibilities. 401(k) Retirement: Company match to help secure your future.
