This role will provide exceptional customer service, primarily for existing customers while fielding interest from new customers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to and log all customer inquiries and complaints in CRM within a 12-to-24-hour window of receipt.
Rank and track in the CRM customer success portal ratings with our handling of any complaints before closing.
This role will be the lead CRM administrator for customer service and ticket management. Occasionally, work with the company's CRM consultant to optimize and improve CRM reporting fields, metrics, and other add-on features to support customer success.
Be the first point of contact for all new tasting room customer inquiries (phone or email) and document each customer interaction in CRM.
Work with the warehouse team to ship and track customer-specific samples for the sales team and log them in CRM within 24 hours; follow up and log (in a timely manner) product interest and feedback.
Document and manage all customer FAQs in CRM and maintain FAQs on the ordering website for greater customer visibility.
Hours & Availability:
4 Days per week
9am - 3pm
Ability to work one day remote
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 - 30.0 per week
