Role Description:
This is a full-time position in-office position. This entry level Customer Service Associate will be responsible for answering phones, processing orders, assisting customers and vendors with order changes, and other projects or administrative tasks as assigned.
Required skills and attributes include:
- At least 1+ year in a professional office environment, preferably in a customer focused role.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Phone-based customer service and sales experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced casual business environment; including taking and entering
orders, customer follow-up, and order tracking.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented team player with plenty of motivation and an excellent sense of humor.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
