Job Overview

?As a Team Member, you'll be the heart of our shop, responsible for creating the warm, delicious, and customized donuts our customers crave. This is a fast-paced role that involves hands-on food preparation, direct customer interaction, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly. ?Key Responsibilities

?This position involves three main areas of responsibility, so you'll enjoy a variety of tasks throughout your shift:

?1. Donut Production & Prep

?Master the process of making our fresh, warm donuts from start to finish. ?Prepare and mix all glazes, icings, and toppings. ?

Decorate and finish

donuts to order, following our unique customization process. ?Ensure all food preparation areas and equipment meet strict health and cleanliness standards.
?2. Customer Service & Cashier

?Greet customers warmly, take their customized orders accurately, and process payments using our POS system (cash register). ?Answer customer questions about ingredients, flavors, and pricing. ?Package orders neatly and efficiently, making sure every customer leaves happy.
?3. Store Operations

?Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and restrooms. ?Stock and organize all ingredients, supplies, and retail items. ?Support your teammates and communicate clearly during busy rushes.

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership potential Familiarity with grocery store operations and merchandising strategies
