We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to sell products and promote special offers
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus
- Capability to handle cash transactions accurately
