Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistant. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, making sure their questions are answered, their concerns are resolved, and their overall experience is positive.
Customer Service Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Build strong connections with customers by providing clear information and support Assist customers in understanding products and services, ensuring they receive the best options for their needs Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details Work with Customer Service Assistant team members and management to improve processes and provide seamless service Stay informed about product updates and company policies to better support customers
Customer Service Assistant Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Prior customer service, sales, or retail experience is helpful but not required A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn through training and feedback

Pay: $875.00 - $1,145.00 per week
