We are seeking someone to fill the role of Customer Service and Order Processing. This is a great entry-level position with opportunity for professional growth and development. General Responsibilities: This position will have you interacting directly with customers to assist them in ordering supplies, getting order status, and providing invoices. You will engage customers who wish to return equipment and make decisions using our return policy as a guide. You will also work with our sales teams to process orders and ensure their accuracy. Everything occurs within Microsoft Dynamics, which is a fantastic business software to get experience in. As one of three order processing employees, you\'ll work in a team to balance responsibilities and get the job done together. Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be willing to take ownership for your assigned tasks and follow up consistently.
• Must be able to communicate courteously, professionally, clearly, and concisely, both verbally and in writing, in English.

• No experience is required. All training is provided on the job.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year Benefits:
