The Customer Service Agent I position fields calls, texts, and emails from customers, answers questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handles customer concerns or complaints. Each of these interactions with our customer is documented by the Customer Service Agent I into our client database while ensuring the orders are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls to customer service. Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails. Answer questions about products and services. Process letter requests, and any documentation mail outs needed. Direct customer complaints or concerns to the correct representative. Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately. Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing. Always adhering to a company's policies and procedures when assisting customers.

Requirements:

2 years of Customer Service experience. Phone experience. Call center experience preferred. Experience in a business office setting. High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support. Ability to work in office Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
