Roe Painting is a trusted leader in residential, commercial, and industrial painting and coatings, proudly serving Idaho and Nevada for over 25 years. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled, hands-on Customer Advocate to take care of our customers through a variety of tasks and services across our growing organization.
Position Overview
The Customer & Sales Support Specialist is a hybrid role that combines administrative, sales, and customer-facing duties. This position is responsible for assisting the sales team in managing leads, coordinating sales activities, scheduling estimates, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, this role provides excellent customer support by answering incoming calls and emails and ensuring a positive customer experience. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive, collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service scheduling estimates, taking payments, and talking with customers.
Manage customer information and communications in HubSpot CRM.
Assist the sales team with follow-ups, proposals, and qualifying new leads.
Follow up with customers regarding estimates and inquiries to ensure responsiveness and a positive customer experience.
Assist the marketing team with email campaigns and web forms.
Assist in billing by preparing, sending accurate invoices, and following up.
Perform general office tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a supportive problem-solving environment.
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong phone and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a team.

Salary
$45,000 - $48,000 per year
