Full-time Sales Representative role with uncapped commission upside!

Richmond Advantage is a well-established hospitality and business supply distributor based in Schertz, TX. Home-grown, family-owned, and delivering tailored service since 1986.

We are seeking a self-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales on core accounts and visiting prospects, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer experience. This is an hourly position with a solid base salary and unlimited commission potential.

Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime only.

Salary:

$20-25 per hour + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

Visit existing and prospective customers in the greater San Antonio area (~25-40% local travel) Resolve customer issues in a customer obsessed way Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships Maintain excellent product knowledge of all items sold by company Meet activity goals and meet or exceed sales growth targets

Requirements

Experience in customer-facing roles (account representative). Sales experience is a big plus! 1+ years of experience in a professional office setting Ability to provide excellent customer service, projecting customer needs over the phone and in person Negotiation and de-escalation skills Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in

English and Spanish

Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel Valid Texas drivers license
