Customer Sales & Dispatch Coordinator
to manage incoming leads, convert inquiries into booked jobs, and support daily operations from our Jonesboro office.
This role sits at the center of our business. You'll be responsible for sales conversations, scheduling, and communication between customers, field crews, and leadership. If you enjoy structure, accountability, and being relied on to keep things moving, this role is a strong fit.
What You'll Do
Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and emails from new and existing customers
Confidently convert service inquiries into scheduled jobs
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
Communicate real-time updates to field crews and leadership
Send estimates, invoices, and follow-ups through company software
Maintain organized records and consistent customer communication
Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Assist with light administrative and hiring-related tasks as needed
Bring focus, urgency, and positive energy to the office each day

Experience & Requirements
Onsite position at our Jonesboro, GA office (no remote work)
Saturday availability is required
Prior sales experience (1+ year preferred)
Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service-based businesses is a plus
Must have a reliable working laptop/computer and a mobile phone
Comfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic digital tools
Reliable transportation to and from the office
