Radiant Health is looking for one full time and one part time Customer Relations Professionalto join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you'll create a warm and professional atmosphere while keeping our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with others, staying organized, and making a positive difference every day.

What You'll Do



Greet everyone who walks through our doors with kindness and professionalism. Answer and direct incoming calls with a helpful attitude. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients. Make sure client information is accurate so billing runs smoothly. Verify insurance eligibility and help with prior authorizations. Notify staff of client arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows. Provide basic information about Radiant Health and our services. Collect payments and check balances during client visits. Assist with DCS referrals by opening charts and adding service authorizations. Pitch in with clerical tasks and support teammates when needed.

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years experience in a health care office setting preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external clients.
