As our Customer Outreach Representative, you'll cut through the static, build strong community relationships, and shine a light on the path to getting people connected.

As a Customer Outreach Representative, you don't just answer questions--you unlock access. The Customer Outreach Representative helps households navigate Verizon wireless sales options with clarity and care, making sure no one misses out on the connectivity they deserve.

Core Functions of the Customer Outreach Representative



Engage directly with customers and guide them through Verizon wireless enrollment by identifying needs, recommending device options, and explaining service plans with compliance. Promote awareness of telecom solutions by presenting bundled sales offerings, promotions, and technology benefits that build confidence and loyalty. Execute sales campaigns by coordinating activities, distributing materials, and reinforcing brand presence in target markets. Deliver product education by outlining device features, eligibility requirements, and plan details to support informed sales decisions. Maintain accurate records in company systems to track interactions, monitor service milestones, and ensure adherence to guidelines. Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, share insights, and strengthen overall campaign performance.

Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Outreach Representative



High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in customer support, outreach, or sales is valued; a telecom or consumer services background is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills to explain service features, eligibility requirements, and plan benefits clearly. Proficiency in digital tools to track outreach activities, manage accounts, and ensure compliance. Resilient, proactive, and adaptable, with proven ability to excel in fast?paced environments while delivering customer satisfaction.
