Experience answering and placing phone calls

Assist customers on the phone

Respond to questions, direct customers to , and provide excellent customer service

Maintain superior knowledge of products and services

High attention to detail & Documentation skills

Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management

Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
