Berkshire Springs is hiring a Customer Operations Lead to supervise daily customer operations, support delivery workflow, and ensure accuracy in accounts, billing, and office processes. This role supports customer service, drivers, and management.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily customer communication (email, voicemail, call-backs)
Verify new account setups, changes, and cancellations
Assist with customer calls and escalations
Review call sheets and confirm correct routing
Check morning and afternoon routes for accuracy
Review driver paperwork and complete truck inventory checks
Update route sheets based on changes
Review invoicing and ensure invoices are sent daily
Oversee collections and reminder calls
Audit customer service tasks for accuracy
Identify workflow issues and report solutions to management
Assist with basic marketing and administrative projects
Provide direction and oversight to customer service staff
Maintain a professional, focused office environment
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication and supervisory ability
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience required
Experience with QuickBooks, billing, or routing is a plus

Pay based on experience

Pay: $45,760.00 - $56,160.00 per year
