Job Description

The Customer Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers, order entry, invoicing, generating sales forecast along with Warehouse and Inventory Management.

Customer Service:

• Follows all GMP and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s as defined by Viant Medical policies, practices and procedures to insure that FDA and ISO regulations and quality standards are met
• Maintain working relationships with customers via email/phone correspondence
• Develop and maintain knowledge of product in order to engage in efficient communication with customers
• Responsible for order entry, invoicing orders, updating account information and adding new customers to ERP system
• Order entry: Responsible for obtaining all pertinent information from customers to enter orders accurately and efficiently, confirm dates based on internal capacity and material availability.
• Collaborates with other departments to coordinate activities and maintain a high level of customer service
• Generate and maintain sales forecasts in ERP systems
• The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organization skills, be detail oriented, and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

Warehouse and Inventory Management:

• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving and material handling.
• Schedule outbound shipments, arrange logistics and ensure on time delivery
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of ERP data
• Manage Cycle Counting program, track and communicate cycle count metrics
• Train and monitor new and existing employees on Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure inventory accuracy via transactional integrity

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems, preferable IQMS
• Basic understanding of 6S, and Lean Manufacturing
• Good organization and planning skills; Great communication and interpersonal abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of good warehouse management practices to include inventory control, shipping and receiving.
