Overview:

Mountain Home Services is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented person to join our growing home services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently shift between focused tasks and engaging phone conversations with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or lead coordination, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative responsibilities, including permit coordination as they arise.

Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?

Experience in customer service, lead coordination, or administrative support. Strong communication skills--both verbal and written. High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services is a plus. Familiarity with permitting processes and local regulations. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

Lead Coordination & Client Engagement:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads via phone, email, and web inquiries.
+ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for estimators or service teams.
+ Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, follow-ups, and status changes.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and follow-through.
+ Track lead conversion metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Administrative Support (Varied & Evolving):

+ Perform a variety of changing administrative tasks to support client intake and operational needs.
+ Coordinate and submit permit applications for HVAC and other home service projects.
+ Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal communications as needed.
+ Stay flexible and responsive to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
