What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)



You will be the operational backbone of the Cleaning Ninjas dojo--keeping clients happy, schedules flowing, and Ninjas supported.

Client & Team Scheduling:

Coordinate daily and weekly schedules, assign jobs, and adjust as needed.

Client Communication:

Call inactive or prospective clients, handle inquiries, and proactively check in on client happiness.

Team Support:

Run weekly meetings to train, encourage, and inspire Ninjas; support performance follow-ups.

Customer Experience:

Visit clients as needed, manage quality-check reports, and maintain our "go above & beyond" service standard.

Events & Engagement:

Help plan 2-6 client appreciation & team celebrations per year.

Office & Supplies:

Maintain stock, prepare supply bags, track equipment, and run errands when needed.

Admin Tasks:

Organize data, update client and employee records, maintain Excel trackers, and assist with general operations support.
You are the person who ensures everything--and everyone--runs smoothly.

What You'll Need



A desire to serve our clients and Ninjas with respect, joy, and integrity. A solutions-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure. Clear, friendly, professional communication skills. Basic admin or scheduling experience (helpful, not required--training provided). Sales support, customer service, or small business experience is a plus.

Compensation & Hiring Process



Pay depends on experience and skill set. Must pass a phone interview, in-person interview, and full background check (company-paid). Valid driver's license required.
