Position Overview

We are seeking a

Customer Experience Specialist

to support front-office operations, client interactions, marketing, scheduling, content creation, office cleanliness, and administrative responsibilities across a medical infusion/homecare and iv hydration company

.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Reception

Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth Manage scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling Answer phones, return messages, and assist walk-ins Provide basic education on IV drips, boosters, memberships Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area

Sales, Upselling & Customer Engagement

Recommend relevant IV add-ons, memberships, and wellness packages Promote monthly specials and current campaigns Assist in product sales and track upsell performance

Administrative & Office Support

Support workflow for BOTH companies Process payments and close out daily reports Organize records, client charts, and documentation Assist with email management, filing, and scanning Maintain office cleanliness and supply levels

Marketing & Content Creation

Create photo and video content (Reels, TikTok, stories) Assist with posting, captions, and scheduling Support promotions, events, and community engagement

Qualifications

Professional, friendly, client-focused attitude Strong organization and multitasking skills Aesthetic eye for visuals and brand presentation Tech-savvy with social media proficiency Comfortable upselling wellness services Experience in customer service or front desk preferred
