Wedding Angels Bridal Boutique is proud to announce that we are opening a brand NEW location in the heart of downtown Portland, ME. We will offer the largest selection of wedding gowns and mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses in New England with 600+ gowns from over 10 different designers. We are champions of body inclusivity and are proud to offer a vast inventory of plus-size dresses! Join us in this unique and exciting opportunity as Wedding Angels expands to the New England area.

We are hiring full-time and part-time Customer Experience Specialists to provide an extraordinary customer experience from the moment of engagement to "I DO."

Collegiate level education and previous experience as a receptionist or office manager preferred. Previous bridal experience is a plus.

You have Retail, Customer Service, or Sales Experience.

Our Customer Experience Specialists have a range of backgrounds from retail to restaurants. If you know how to connect with people and have a passion for delivering an above-and-beyond customer experience, we can teach you the bridal side.

You have weekend availability.

This is a must. Saturdays and Sundays are magical in our shop. Pop some bubbly and facilitate the celebration - we're here to make life moments for our brides and their families and friends!

You enjoy traveling.

The Wedding Angels Flagship boutique is located in Roswell, GA with a second location in Portland, ME. Travel, training, and educational retreats will be a part of the job.

A day in the life of a Wedding Angel:

Greet our lovely brides, mothers and their families and friends. Tend to the boutique for opening: light candles, unlock the door, re-fill waters, cookies, etc. and make sure everything is perfect for our customers. Manage appointment booking and a multi-line phone system. Some sales required. Respond to emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails to be sure that brides have all the information that they need. Utilize multiple software systems to create quotes, make appointment notes, build orders, stay on top of workflow, and study from our vast training library. Assist our customers in the check-out process including verifying order information, contact information and payment information. Work closely to support and help our sales team, so all systems are running smoothly. Write daily reports on financial transactions and customer notes. Open and Close our POS System/Registers. Assist operations in shipping and inventory organization.
