Pay:

$37,000-$45,000 a year

This is a full-time position working 40 hours in the office between the hours of 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

Our customer service team is a pillar of the entire organization's effort to increase our customer's satisfaction. We are looking to add customer service representatives that love to solve problems and will do whatever it takes to please our customers. No experience is necessary. All you need is a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and great communication skills.

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates. Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing. Managing inbound and/or outbound calls. Following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller. Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues. Building sustainable customer relationships. Achieving and exceeding established KPIs and performance goals.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends. Ability to adhere to departmental attendance and other established processes and procedures. Ability to sit up to 90% of your scheduled shift; while performing related phone and computer assignments. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
