What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners for

pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments

(no cold calls) Guide customers through roof inspections, options, and pricing Help homeowners make informed, confident decisions Deliver 5-10 in-home consultations per week Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish Attend team meetings and ongoing training

Compensation

$125,000-$200,000+ per year

(base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)

Average monthly earnings:

$10,000-$18,000 Weekly pay structure Paid training included

Schedule

Monday-Friday: Appointments at 1pm & 6pm and occasionally 10am as well Saturday: 10am and 2pm appointments Sales meetings: Ongoing daily Field-based role (drive 30 - 90 mins to confirmed appointments)

Requirements

+ 3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience + Strong communication & presentation skills
+ Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
+ Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
+ Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
+ iPad required (purchase through us is available)
