An excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-orientated individual with Customer Care Experience, effective communication, and data entry skills. This position will also work closely with our Web and Phone Order Processing team. Jewelry experience is not required. While some Customer Service or Ecommerce experience is preferred, we will provide extensive training for the right applicant.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
Strong phone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written skills
Attention to detail & accuracy in a fast paced environment
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
Ability to meet critical daily deadlines
Dedication and Drive
Proficiency with Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
