What You'll Do

As a key member of our customer care team, you'll:

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule plumbing and electrical appointments with precision Manage follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and job completion Collaborate with our sales team to convert unsold estimates into happy customers Make outbound calls to referrals and build lasting relationships
What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident phone presence Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail A proactive mindset and comfort with multitasking Experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales support is a plus
