In this full-time role, you will be the face of our fitness center, engaging with members, handling phone calls, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere. If you are outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Member Engagement:

  • Greet and assist members with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information about our services and membership options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members.
Follow-Up and Membership Updates:
  • Proactively follow up with current members to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Update and maintain accurate membership records.
  • Assist members with account and billing inquiries.
Billing Management:
  • Process membership payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Reach out to members to update billing information.
  • Work closely with the billing department to resolve any payment issues.
Customer Service:
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Provide assistance and information to potential new members.
  • Book Appointments and provide club tours.
  • Sell Memberships
Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or front office roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using basic computer software and comfortable with office equipment.
  • ***Knowledge or interest in fitness and wellness is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired, as we serve a diverse customer base
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
