Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic specialty grocery store environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. This role requires strong communication skills, a basic understanding of math for cash handling, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store. Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash with precision. Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise effectively. Provide information about products and promotions to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock rotation to minimize waste.

Requirements

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Previous experience in customer service or sales. High integrity and strong character Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn with a passion for serving customers
