Reigata seeks a Customer Enrollment Representative to act as a professional liaison between our firm and the clientele of AT&T. This Customer Enrollment Representative role demands a comprehensive understanding of service parameters and a formal methodology for guiding individuals through eligibility assessment and enrollment procedures with utmost clarity.

As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will function as a key operational liaison between customer intent and service realization. By mastering AT&T's product architecture--including mobility plans and fiber-based broadband--the Customer Enrollment Representative will ensure every enrollment aligns with both shopping customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer Enrollment Representative



Recommend eligible wireless, fiber, and bundled plans based on customer usage, budget, and service availability. Verify documents, confirm eligibility, and coordinate activation steps to ensure smooth enrollment and account setup. Log service milestones, customer preferences, and sales updates in CRM systems to support retention and reporting. Respond to billing, shipping, and service inquiries with clear, professional communication to resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with provisioning, billing, and support teams to troubleshoot service issues and streamline onboarding. Share promotional offers and identify upsell opportunities by reviewing usage patterns and customer feedback.

What We're Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Representative



High school diploma or GED is preferred; coursework in business, communications, or marketing is preferred. Experience in customer support, enrollment, or administrative roles--especially in telecom, retail, or sales-driven industries. Communicates clearly and empathetically to simplify service options and guide customers through the enrollment process. Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools, with a focus on accurate data entry, sales tracking, and workflow management. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
