We are hiring multiple Customer Enrollment Representatives in Vancouver to support customer enrollment for top telecommunications brands. This is a high-volume, customer-facing role ideal for individuals seeking to build experience in customer service, sales, telecommunications, account management, and customer enrollment.

As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will assist customers in comparing wireless and home internet options, address service-related questions, complete enrollments, and contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction. What You'll Do as a Customer Enrollment Representative:

Engage with customers daily to explain wireless, internet, and home connectivity solutions. Assist customers through the enrollment process, including upgrades, activations, billing questions, and account support. Deliver friendly, clear, and professional customer service during every interaction. Maintain organized records of customer enrollments, sales activity, account updates, and service notes. Provide accurate product details, service comparisons, and recommendations tailored to customer needs. Support daily customer and sales goals, working with teammates, enrollment reps, and customer success leads. Stay knowledgeable about telecom promotions, internet packages, wireless plans, and new service offerings. Represent our telecommunications partners with professionalism, customer care, and strong communication skills.
