As a Sales Enrollment Representative, you'll represent Verizon, a leader in fiber-optic innovation, and play a key role in expanding its reach. We'll equip you with the tools, knowledge, and strategy to connect with homeowners confidently, deliver persuasive presentations, and drive enrollments. This role goes beyond selling--it's a gateway to long-term success in account management and leadership, with clear pathways for advancement driven by your results and ambition.

Essential Functions of the Sales Enrollment Representative Role



Engage potential customers directly to promote and sell Verizon Fios--premium internet, TV, and phone powered by advanced fiber-optic technology. Highlight Verizon's 100% fiber-optic network--delivering ultra-fast speeds, reliable performance, and top-tier security. Assess each household's needs and recommend Verizon solutions that enhance home connectivity. Close new sales with confidence and guide customers through a seamless Verizon Fios enrollment experience, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish. Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, driving results that reflect the strength of the Verizon brand. To support Verizon's commitment to service excellence, we maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer data in our CRM system for all Sales Enrollment Representatives.

Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Enrollment Representative Role



High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in a business or tech-related field is a plus. Up to one year of experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. A strong, results-driven work ethic and a confident, competitive spirit with a desire to succeed. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for everyday customers. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with other Sales Enrollment Representatives, and on your own.

Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of new concepts and products. Communicates clearly and persuasively to drive customer engagement. Self-motivated, results-focused, and confident in working independently. Performs at a high level in fast-paced, target-driven environments with a growth mindset. Comfortable interacting with diverse customers and adapting to different communication styles. Ability to collaborate with the Sales Enrollment Representative department, alongside upper management.

Pay: $4,170.00 - $5,420.00 per month
