Dessert Connect Group is growing in Las Vegas, and we're hiring a Customer Enrollment Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals ready to build skills in sales, customer service, and account management while representing advanced fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications services.

As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll work directly with customers to guide them through the enrollment process, activations, upgrades, and account setup. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and want a role that combines customer service and sales, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Associate

Present fiber internet, wireless, and telecom solutions to customers face-to-face Assist with service enrollments, activations, billing inquiries, and plan upgrades Provide excellent customer service and sales support with tailored solutions Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, enrollment activity, and service updates Achieve and exceed daily and weekly enrollment and sales goals Collaborate with teammates and management to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance Stay current on telecommunications products, promotions, and fiber internet technology

What We're Looking For

Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills Interest in telecommunications, fiber internet, and wireless services Motivated, goal-driven individuals who thrive in a sales-focused environment Team players eager to grow into account executive, sales manager, and leadership roles Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
