Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Florida Fine Cars. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who excel in interpersonal communication, customer engagement, and team support. As a key point of contact, you will actively manage customer interactions, inbound and outbound calls, online inquiries, and appointment setting to drive meaningful customer traffic to our dealership. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and an interest in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Proactively follow up on unsold customers and special requests to meet and exceed customer expectations, driving dealership visits and fostering positive reviews. Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers, using dealership marketing incentives to generate leads and set sales appointments. Reschedule missed appointments and support customer follow-up activities that ensure a seamless customer experience. Work collaboratively with the sales team to align goals and drive customer engagement, while maintaining organized records of all interactions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:



Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and preferred Spanish, both written and spoken. Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably in customer-facing roles such as sales, call centers, help desks, or customer service. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and customer engagement. Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, including email, SMS, and CRM tools for organized record-keeping. Reliability: Consistent transportation to and from work and a flexible schedule.

Preferred Experience:



Sales Experience: Experience in sales, especially within automotive dealerships, is a major advantage. Transferable Skills: Experience in high-touch customer engagement fields such as telecom, cruise lines, real estate, or direct marketing.

Work Schedule:



Full-Time Position: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed. The schedule includes alternating Sundays off. In-Person Role: Work location is in Miami FL, with relocation required before the start date.
Performance Expectations: This role is performance-focused, with individualized goals for outbound call production, appointment setting, and engagement effectiveness. Success will be measured through metrics like appointment conversion rates, customer feedback, and positive reviews.
